Here at Black Swan, we’re passionate about giving back. Our chosen charity for this year is Bridge2Aid. Across the developing world, people live in inescapable, excruciating pain because they lack access to emergency dental care. Bridge2aid are working hard to change that. They train rural-based health workers in developing countries, providing them with the skills, equipment and resources that they will need to provide emergency dental care in a world where over 70% of the population currently do not have access to even basic dental treatment.
We’re hoping to raise enough money to send two members of staff over to Tanzania to carry out this important work. Lovely Andrea from our team is working in conjunction with Bridgwater College, who’ve allowed some of the ticket proceeds from their Fresher’s Ball to go to the fundraising effort. We have lots and lots of ideas about how to raise funds and we’ll need your help!
